Holiday Inn Express & Suites Inverness-Lecanto by IHG

Very clean and beautiful well-kept property. The staff is very accommodating and very helpful. It's refreshing to find a place like this to stay by accident. Not one issue with the property and we came into contact with at least seven employees and all were pleasant and seem like they've enjoyed their job very much.

Very clean rooms & bathrooms. I was impressed. Stay over service daily if we wanted it and they even “tucked” our kids stuffed animals in bed. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. And the staff was so so friendly. They have our kids finger flashlights and coloring pages and were so sweet. We came 2 days early to avoid the Ohio storm and they got us all set up and in the same room. I highly recommend them and will be back next year.

My wife and I booked 2 rooms for us and our friends for his birthday golf trip. The booking was simple with my IHG membership app, the rooms were clean, the jetted tub was spacious, and the staff was amazing. My friend left his prescription shampoo at the hotel after we checked out and we live 2 hours away. They immediately called and texted me ( I was driving) and when I could talk, they took my address and promptly mailed it to me. We had a wonderful time and they gave us a great experience.

I did not stay here nor did I go into any rooms, I was there to make a delivery about 9pm on a weekday. Lobby was clean, employee ( gentleman) was in direct view of entrance and saw me walk in and immediately greeted me with a smile & " hi, how are you?" I kindly replied the same and proceeded to elevator which as also clean and in good working condition. Hallway out of elevator did not smell of pets or smoke and looked maintained. Employee in lobby also said "have a good night" as I left. The customer service from the employee as minimal as our interaction was, I believe is an indicator of great, attentive service which is paramount at a hotel. Also, has a big parking lot out front (to fit pickups with trailers, RVs, maybe not semi trailers though), no business next to, just trees on side and I believe the backside also so it seems it would be very quiet and peaceful to stay at this hotel.

Holiday Inn saved our holiday plans! After driving for over 6 hours and being mucked around by Vrbo with our rental, we were in desperate need of a place to stay. We needed a place close to our family that was pet friendly and that’s exactly what we got. Within minutes we had a room booked and were checking in. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the room was extremely comfortable (amazing beds), the breakfast was wonderful and they were so accommodating with our dog (gave us a room close to the side exit to make it easier to take her outside). Our experience was so enjoyable, I was sad to check out when our other rental was available. Thank you Holiday Inn … I cannot wait to stay here again!

We have stayed at this location 3 times in the last few months (multiple nights each visit) due to family health situations. What could have been additional stress of staying at a hotel, each time, the staff was absolutely wonderful, Specifically, Eileen, Julie Ann and Teresa! They made our stays amazing, making us feel like a home away from home. Our elderly dog actually looked for Teresa in the mornings. Staff can make or break an experience, and we are thankful for these 3 wonderful women…they made ours!

Johnathan was excellent at check in, very personable and friendly!! Got us extra towels when we needed! Breakfast was amazing, something for every one of our picky family members!! Room was clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!! Too cold to use the outdoor pool but love that it’s a mineral pool! Eileen made check out quick and easy! She too, was very helpful!! We will be staying here again every-time we come to visit family!!

Check-In was easy and efficient. We were welcomed with as membership status. We were not satisfied with the first room we got an had an issue with the AC in the second room. But Jonathan at the front desk was great. He really went above and beyond to accommodate our room requests and ended up assigning us a room that was perfect for us. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the breakfast service were attentive, everything was well prepared and refilled. We will return to this hotel if we will visit the area again
